College test

There are different emotions or symptoms that I have developed through the years before a test, one of them is anxiety. It happen to me every night before the test, I start to imagine how many pages and question the test will have if the professor will include every single detail of the chapters. Since I have this problem I have been doing researches on how to fix it. I read in an article that exercise and good sleep will help to overcome anxiety so before a test I walk for five minutes and try to eat a chocolate bar. I know that my anxiety is a problem but I am trying to control my emotions so I can be more relax for my next test.
