Children's obesity
We see every day commercials of how to stop obesity in children. They show that more exercise and healthy eating habit will help them to loose some weight. I heard that at school they are trying to have a healthier lunch menu; however, are we doing anything to help our children? My neighbor down stairs which is seven years old and weighs around 120 pounds, yet every time that I see him he is eating Doritos or cheetos and playing video games. We parents need to do something to stop this epidemic of obesity. We need to take our children outdoors and teach them how to eat healthier.

Chores for Childre.
Teaching your child to do chores on their own can be fun for the whole family. For example my three-year-old daughter loves to help me with the house duties; she is assigned to organize her toys. After she finishes, I always let her know how helpful she has been and how well she has completed her task. Since I have been teaching her how to do chores, I have noticed that she has been more independen

culture
Culture is the ways of thinking, the ways of acting and the material objects that together form people’s way of live. As the human brain evolved, culture replaced biological instincts as our species primary strategy for survival. It shapes not only what we do but also what we think and we feel, elements of what we commonly describe as a “human nature”. through socialization the individuals provides a skills and practice to participate with its own society. It also helps people to learn characteristic of their groups, norms, values and behavior. I was born in a different country with different culture than American but the values and norms that my parents educated me help me understand this culture and through socialization I learned how to respect people culture and desire. It gave me the freedom to be myself and the ability to respect others peoples religions and cultures.

sharks live. They have being living there for hundreds of years; however, they
are in danger of extinction because of the indiscriminate hunt. . In addition
the introduction of pollutants into the water is also killing them. The government

Tornados across Midwest
This last Friday
Kentucky was hit by a devastated tornado. The images that I saw in the news were
depressing, terrifying and speechless. I saw how a neighborhood disappear in
thirty minute, there were anything left no houses neither schools. I saw a
woman that found a prosthetic leg under the waste this make me realize how powerful
mother nature can be and how the world
can disappear in a day. My prayer and thoughts are for all those people in the Midwest
who have lost everything.
